  • Partner closely with Marketing to follow up on campaigns, events, and content-driven leads
  • Share real-time market feedback, including messaging effectiveness, objections, and buyer language

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of SDR/BDR experience preferred, but we’re open to candidates with proven selling experience (retail, recruiting, real estate, etc.)
  • Strong ambition to grow into an Account Executive role—this position is a stepping stone, and we’re looking for candidates who see it that way
  • Genuine intellectual curiosity about AI and machine learning
  • you don’t need to be technical, but you need to care and be willing to learn
  • Excellent written communication skills—you can write cold outreach that feels human and thoughtful
  • High agency and self-direction
  • comfortable operating in ambiguity and building process from scratch
  • Resilience and a healthy relationship with rejection
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
