As an SDR, you'll start conversations, open doors, and connect future customers to Tribe CRM. You'll join Niels's team, focus on the Dutch market, and convert inbound leads into quality demos while keeping the pipeline moving with some outbound prospecting. You'll get structured onboarding, a dedicated sales coach, proven playbooks, and a close-knit team that celebrates wins together. We're not looking for a perfect CV. We're looking for drive.
Job Responsibility
Qualify and follow up on inbound marketing leads
Book quality demo meetings for the Sales team
Run short discovery calls to understand prospect needs
Complement inbound efforts with outbound prospecting to keep the pipeline moving
Keep CRM records clean and up to date
Work closely with Marketing to keep improving lead quality
Follow proven workflows that keep you focused and efficient
Hit your targets, support your team, and enjoy the wins
Requirements
First hands-on B2B sales experience, with a genuine drive to build a career in sales
A clear communicator and a good listener who builds rapport easily
You track your own pipeline and hit weekly targets without needing to be chased
Comfortable with CRM and outreach tools, tech & AI savvy or ready to learn fast
Willing to come to the office 4 days per week to connect with the team
Native level of Dutch
Excellent command of English
