Job Responsibility
Generating high-quality meetings for our sales teams
Following up on marketing campaigns and inbound interest
Speaking to decision makers and building out account insight
Keeping CRM data clean, accurate and up to date
Hitting your own KPIs (20 meetings booked / 10 attended monthly)
Supporting your team to achieve (and exceed) theirs
Sharing best practice and coaching SDRs to improve performance
Delivering ad-hoc training sessions on sales skills and industry trends
Driving webinar attendance across key industries
Working with the SDR Manager to shape and launch monthly campaigns
Requirements
B2B sales experience (ideal but not essential)
The ability to articulate business value, not just features
Strong phone, email and digital communication skills
An interest in tech, SaaS or the wider software market
