Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Manager to lead and scale a top-performing Sales Development team in Toronto. The candidate will drive pipeline targets, foster partnerships, coach SDRs, and contribute to a results-driven team culture.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and expand a high-performing team of 8 SDRs who consistently exceed ambitious goals and are on track to become future AEs
  • own and drive new business pipeline targets by analyzing top-of-funnel metrics, pipeline quality, and revenue impact across Enterprise and Major segments
  • foster strong partnerships with Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, Enablement, and Product Marketing teams to collaborate on new campaigns and field events, meet ambitious pipeline goals, optimize business efficiency, accelerate ramp-up time, and build deep knowledge of the Snowflake domain within your team
  • attract, recruit, develop, and retain top-notch SDR talent
  • coach and guide SDRs to develop into high-performing Corporate Account Executives
  • lead by inspiration, with a focus on a “Results-Driven” approach, emphasizing servant leadership and impact.

Requirements:

  • Bring 2–5 years of leadership experience with a proven track record of guiding high-performing, pipeline-driven, and closing teams in a rapidly expanding tech environment
  • are passionate about attracting, recruiting, developing, and retaining outstanding talent early in their sales and management careers
  • feel a strong sense of ownership, accountability, pride, and enthusiasm for your work
  • possess the strategic vision to build a team, combined with the tactical ability to drive daily execution
  • are known for your collaborative, innovative, accountable, and reliable approach with cross-functional teams
  • have a data-driven mindset, are highly analytical, influence through structured thinking, and excel at making decisions based on metrics
  • think big by striving to master predictable revenue models, sales development strategies, value-based selling, and leadership development.
