Job Responsibility

  • Cold call, email, and leverage digital and social channels to identify and cultivate qualified sales leads
  • Engage prospects effectively to nurture relationships with key decision-makers and qualify leads for the Business Development team
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers to facilitate new sales opportunities and account development
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and align solutions accordingly
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to devise and execute targeted outreach campaigns
  • Drive interest and generate qualified leads through strategic multichannel efforts
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospective accounts, ensuring timely follow-up and effective management throughout the sales cycle
  • Provide regular updates on lead status and progress to relevant stakeholders
  • Use CRM software (Salesforce) and sales prospecting tools to track activities and optimize performance

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of inside sales or business development experience in a B2B industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage key decision-makers and build rapport
  • Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take initiative to get things done
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and sales prospecting tools (LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Fluency in English & Japanese (proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous)
  • Passion for travel and the travel industry
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
