Job Description

A manufacturing company in Stamford, CT is seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative / Inside Sales Associate to support business growth through outbound prospecting, cold calling, lead generation, and customer outreach. This role is responsible for identifying potential customers, introducing company products and services, and helping build a strong sales pipeline for our manufacturing operations. Job Responsibility

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers and businesses
  • Perform general sales outreach through phone, email, and online prospecting
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients
  • Schedule meetings and introductions for senior sales staff
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and marketing campaigns

Requirements
