Job Description

We’re looking for a commercially driven, proactive SDR to join our HR Technologies team. You’ll play a critical role in driving top-of-funnel growth, identifying new exhibitor and sponsor opportunities, generating a qualified pipeline, and acting as the bridge between demand generation and revenue conversion. If you’re ambitious, organised and excited by building a pipeline in a fast-paced events environment, this is the role for you.

Job Responsibility

  • Generating qualified meetings and opportunities through outbound prospecting and targeted account engagement
  • Building and managing prospect lists aligned to our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and Tier 1 account strategy
  • Using tools such as Amplemarket, LinkedIn, email, phone and video outreach to build a pipeline
  • Qualifying inbound and marketing-generated leads and routing opportunities appropriately
  • Supporting speed-to-lead processes and ensuring timely follow-up of all enquiries
  • Working closely with Marketing to share feedback on lead quality, campaign performance and market insights
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and pipeline visibility within Salesforce
  • Contributing to year-round engagement initiatives, including webinars, content campaigns, strategic partnerships and community-building activities

Requirements

  • Experience in an SDR, BDR, lead generation or commercial development role
  • Confidence with outbound prospecting and multi-channel engagement
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • An organised, data-driven and process-oriented approach to your work
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement platforms (preferred)
  • Ambition, drive and a genuine excitement for building pipeline in a high-growth environment
