We’re looking for a commercially driven, proactive SDR to join our HR Technologies team. You’ll play a critical role in driving top-of-funnel growth, identifying new exhibitor and sponsor opportunities, generating a qualified pipeline, and acting as the bridge between demand generation and revenue conversion. Job Responsibility
Generating qualified meetings and opportunities through outbound prospecting and targeted account engagement
Building and managing prospect lists aligned to our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and Tier 1 account strategy
Using tools such as Amplemarket, LinkedIn, email, phone and video outreach to build a pipeline
Qualifying inbound and marketing-generated leads and routing opportunities appropriately
Supporting speed-to-lead processes and ensuring timely follow-up of all enquiries
Working closely with Marketing to share feedback on lead quality, campaign performance and market insights
Maintaining accurate CRM records and pipeline visibility within Salesforce
Contributing to year-round engagement initiatives, including webinars, content campaigns, strategic partnerships and community-building activities
Requirements
Experience in an SDR, BDR, lead generation or commercial development role
Confidence with outbound prospecting and multi-channel engagement
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
An organised, data-driven and process-oriented approach to your work
Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement platforms (preferred)
Ambition, drive and a genuine excitement for building pipeline in a high-growth environment
