As a key player in the Mid-Market sales strategy for France, you will be responsible to drive new business growth by identifying and engaging outbound leads. This role involves transforming potential prospects from initial interest to active curiosity. The primary focus will be on generating and nurturing leads within Mid-Market businesses on the French market. Reporting to the Mid-Market Sales Team Leader, you will be expected to achieve sales targets and contribute to the team's objectives through your results-driven approach. Job Responsibility:
Lead generation by searching for new potential advertisers
Qualification of outbound leads and prospecting via phone, email and social
Conduct in-depth research on target brands, including their current affiliate activities, key contacts, and industry positioning
Schedule appointments and product demos for Senior Sales Managers
Work in collaboration with a range of departments including Sales Operations and Marketing
Represent Awin at industry events, networking with prospects
Consistently meet performance KPIs and sales targets through proactive engagement, strategic planning, and effective execution of sales activities
Requirements:
First experience in commercial roles, focusing on new business development in SaaS sales, digital marketing, affiliate marketing, B2B marketplaces or related industries
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a strong ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
Strong communication skills in French and English (both verbal and written) with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders of various levels of seniority
Self-driven and commercially savvy, with the ability to drive projects autonomously in a fast-paced international environment
Excellent computer literacy, including advanced skills with the MS Office suite
Knowledge of Salesforce and sales pipelining software
Proficiency in Spanish or Italian is an asset
