We are looking for French Sales Development Representatives to join our growing EMEA Inbound team. As an Inbound SDR at Perk, you will be the first point of contact for prospects engaging with our platform through marketing channels. Your role will be to qualify inbound leads, understand their needs, and guide them toward a tailored solution with our Sales Executive team. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to launch your career in SaaS sales within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You’ll work closely with both Marketing and Sales to convert marketing-generated leads into pipeline — helping us scale our impact across Europe.
Job Responsibility:
Respond quickly to inbound leads and follow up across multiple channels (phone, email, social)
Qualify inbound prospects against key criteria to determine fit
Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer pain points and articulate Perk’s value proposition
Nurture and re-engage older inbound leads through structured outreach and personalized follow-up sequences
Maintain and update lead information in Salesforce, ensuring full visibility across the sales funnel
Collaborate with Marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance
Partner with Sales Executives to ensure a smooth and value-driven handover process
Continuously improve inbound qualification processes and sequencing strategies for higher conversion rates
Requirements:
Strong communication and listening skills — comfortable engaging decision-makers over phone and email
Business fluency in French and English is a must
A customer-first mindset and genuine curiosity to understand business needs
Data-driven and organized
able to prioritize follow-ups and manage multiple inbound opportunities
Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn SaaS sales processes
Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, or HubSpot is a plus, but not required
A goal-oriented, resilient team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Legal authorization to work in Spain
