The Field Sales SDR plays a critical role in driving the growth of our business by identifying, qualifying, and generating new business opportunities. This is a full time field sales SDR role that combines fieldwork and strategic outreach to connect with potential clients, schedule meetings, and set the stage for long-term relationships. The ideal candidate is energetic, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Conduct research to identify potential clients within assigned territories
Client Outreach: Engage with prospects through a mix of field visits, phone calls, emails, and social media outreach
Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified meetings or product demonstrations for the Field Sales Account Executives
Territory Management: Maintain a consistent field presence by visiting potential client locations
Data Management: Update and manage prospect data in the CRM system
Collaboration: Partner with Field Sales Account Executives to refine outreach strategies and feedback from the field
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Comfort with cold calling, cold walk-ins, in-person meetings, and managing rejection
High energy, resilience, and a growth mindset
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Nice to have:
Entry Level Role - no formal experience required in commercial sales but preferred
Experience in the restaurant sectors with companies selling into the restaurant sectors preferred
Understanding of the sales process and ability to engage with decision-makers
