We're launching our integrated ePOS solution in Italy, and building the first ePOS sales team here to drive it. As one of our founding Sales Development Representatives, you own the top of the pipeline - generating and qualifying the opportunities the whole team runs on. You'll work the inbound leads our campaigns bring in and chase down new business, qualifying both before handing sales-ready opportunities over for demo and close. This is a backed, deliberate move into a new market - and how Italy sells gets shaped by the people in the first row of seats.
Job Responsibility
Prospect relentlessly across your verticals - phone, email, LinkedIn, and industry events - and start real conversations with SMB merchants
Move quickly on inbound interest and focus your effort where the fit is genuine
Run sharp discovery - how a merchant runs today, what's holding them back, and what a better setup would unlock
Hand off warm, fully-briefed opportunities for demo and close - handoffs your team can win on
Own your pipeline in the CRM and report weekly on outreach, conversion, and progress
Share the front-line intel back - what lands, what questions come up, what the market is doing
Requirements
1-3 years in sales, SDR, or business development - ePOS, SaaS, fintech, or payments a strong advantage
A successful track record on outbound targets - you hit them, then you beat them
The ability to explain value with clarity and conviction - complex made simple, and worth a merchant's time
The discipline to run a clean pipeline and hit target with real ownership and autonomy
Real fluency with prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Kaspr, Pharow, or similar)
Fluent Italian, confident English, French welcome
