Join our ambitious and growing team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) supporting the Belgium Market in the heart of Manchester City Centre. Hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. This is a hybrid role, working in the Manchester office 3 days a week. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with decision-makers in the restaurant industry, helping them join the Deliveroo platform and develop their business. Job Responsibility
Engage outbound leads and handle inbound inquiries to convert prospects into Deliveroo partners
Acquire new business primarily by phone and email
Build strong relationships with restaurant owners and managers
Develop food business model knowledge
Manage your sales pipeline, stay organised, and build daily action plans to meet monthly targets
Collaborate closely with ‘Activation Teams’ to ensure smooth onboarding for new partners
Take care of administrative tasks, including handling contracts and customer documentation with precision and attention to detail
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch/Flemish (spoken and written)
Strong communication skills and confidence in spending several hours on the phone each day engaging with prospects
Organisational skills

A drive to achieve sales targets and contribute to a high-performing team
Fluent in Dutch & English
Commitment to succeed in a sales environment with a high earning potential
