Sales Development Representative - Benelux and Nordics (Inbound)

• Respond quickly to inbound leads and follow up across multiple channels (phone, email, social)
• Qualify inbound prospects against key criteria to determine fit
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer pain points and articulate Perk’s value proposition
• Nurture and re-engage older inbound leads through structured outreach and personalised follow-up sequences
• Maintain and update lead information in Salesforce, ensuring full visibility across the sales funnel
• Collaborate with Marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance
• Partner with Sales Executives to ensure a smooth and value-driven handover process
• Continuously improve inbound qualification processes and sequencing strategies for higher conversion rates

• Strong communication and listening skills — comfortable engaging decision-makers over phone and email
• Business fluency in Dutch or any other Nordic language + English is a must
• A customer-first mindset and genuine curiosity to understand business needs
• Data-driven and organised
• able to prioritise follow-ups and manage multiple inbound opportunities
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn SaaS sales processes
• Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, or HubSpot is a plus, but not required
• A goal-oriented, resilient team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Legal authorisation to work in Spain
