Job Description

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our multilingual Tribe CRM sales team in Utrecht. As an SDR, your main focus will be converting inbound marketing leads into quality demos for the Sales team. You'll also do some outbound prospecting to keep the pipeline moving. You'll get proper onboarding, expert coaching, proven playbooks, and a supportive team around you from day one.

Job Responsibility

  • Qualify and follow up on inbound marketing leads
  • Book quality demo meetings for the Sales team
  • Run short discovery calls to understand prospect needs
  • Complement inbound efforts with outbound prospecting to keep the pipeline moving
  • Keep CRM records clean and up to date
  • Work closely with Marketing to keep improving lead quality

Requirements

  • First hands-on B2B sales experience, with a genuine drive to build a career in sales
  • A clear communicator and a good listener who builds rapport easily
  • Organised, goal-driven, and resilient
  • Comfortable with CRM and outreach tools, tech & AI savvy or ready to learn fast
  • Willing to come to the office 4 to 5 days per week to connect with the team
  • Native level of Dutch
  • Excellent command of English
