Job Responsibility
Both engage outbound leads and handle inbound inquiries to convert prospects into loyal/ performing Deliveroo partners
Acquire new business primarily by phone and email, spending several hours each day connecting with prospects
Build strong relationships with restaurant owners and managers, understanding their needs, and advising them on how Deliveroo can help their business grow
Develop food business model knowledge, becoming an expert in the sector and using this to guide your conversations with potential partners
Manage your sales pipeline, stay organised, and build daily action plans to meet monthly targets
Collaborate closely with ‘Activation Teams’ to ensure smooth onboarding for new partners, from contracts to photoshoots to tablet setups
Take care of administrative tasks, including handling contracts and customer documentation with precision and attention to detail
Requirements
Fluency in French (spoken and written)
Fluency in English
Strong communication skills and confidence in spending several hours on the phone each day engaging with prospects
Organisational skills – you’ll need to stay on top of leads, manage your Pipeline & time effectively, and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately
A customer-first mindset – you’ll be the face (and the voice) of Deliveroo, so it’s crucial to build trust and demonstrate our commitment to helping restaurant owners succeed
