Join our ambitious and growing team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) supporting the Belgium Market in the heart of Manchester City Centre Hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. This is a hybrid role, working in the Manchester office 3 days a week. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with decision-makers in the restaurant industry, helping them join the Deliveroo platform and develop their business. Job Responsibility

  • Both engage outbound leads and handle inbound inquiries to convert prospects into loyal/ performing Deliveroo partners
  • Acquire new business primarily by phone and email, spending several hours each day connecting with prospects
  • Build strong relationships with restaurant owners and managers, understanding their needs, and advising them on how Deliveroo can help their business grow
  • Develop food business model knowledge, becoming an expert in the sector and using this to guide your conversations with potential partners
  • Manage your sales pipeline, stay organised, and build daily action plans to meet monthly targets
  • Collaborate closely with ‘Activation Teams’ to ensure smooth onboarding for new partners, from contracts to photoshoots to tablet setups
  • Take care of administrative tasks, including handling contracts and customer documentation with precision and attention to detail

Requirements

  • Fluency in French (spoken and written)
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in spending several hours on the phone each day engaging with prospects
  • Organisational skills – you’ll need to stay on top of leads, manage your Pipeline & time effectively, and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately
