Job Responsibility:

  • Generating new business opportunities by identifying, researching and qualifying potential clients
  • Reaching out to prospects through phone, email and LinkedIn to spark interest and start meaningful conversations
  • Following up on inbound and marketing‑generated leads to maximise conversion into demos and meetings
  • Understanding customer challenges and positioning iamproperty’s solutions with confidence and clarity
  • Booking high‑quality demos for our senior sales team and supporting the sales cycle
  • Building strong relationships with prospects to nurture long‑term opportunities
  • Keeping our CRM up to date with accurate activity and insights
  • Working closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and improve engagement
  • Collaborating with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales, customer service or lead generation is essential
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot is a bonus
  • You’re a natural communicator who enjoys speaking with people and building rapport quickly
  • You’re driven, competitive and motivated by hitting targets and seeing results
  • You’re organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment
  • You’re eager to learn and open to coaching, feedback and development
