Job Responsibility:
Generating new business opportunities by identifying, researching and qualifying potential clients
Reaching out to prospects through phone, email and LinkedIn to spark interest and start meaningful conversations
Following up on inbound and marketing‑generated leads to maximise conversion into demos and meetings
Understanding customer challenges and positioning iamproperty’s solutions with confidence and clarity
Booking high‑quality demos for our senior sales team and supporting the sales cycle
Building strong relationships with prospects to nurture long‑term opportunities
Keeping our CRM up to date with accurate activity and insights
Working closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and improve engagement
Collaborating with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads
Requirements:
Experience in sales, customer service or lead generation is essential
Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot is a bonus
You’re a natural communicator who enjoys speaking with people and building rapport quickly
You’re driven, competitive and motivated by hitting targets and seeing results
You’re organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment
You’re eager to learn and open to coaching, feedback and development
Nice to have:
Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
