Requirements:
2+ years experience managing SDR teams, in a SaaS healthcare organization, with a proven record of building high-performing outbound teams
Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable managing a remote team
Track record in outbound prospecting, lead generation, and sales pipeline creation
Excellent communication, coaching and interpersonal skills with a passion for developing early-career talent into confident, effective sales professionals
A collaborative spirt with experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Enablement to deliver joint success
Comfortable guiding teams through evolving strategies, market changes, and playbooks while maintaining morale and performance
Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive process improvements
