Job Description:

Sales Development Manager role in Transport & Logistics industry for a well-established organization with over 140 years of experience. The role involves driving growth and expanding client base in the transport community.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively generating and following up on leads in designated geographical areas
Recruiting new members to the Society
Managing existing accounts while fostering strong relationships with clients
Collaborating with colleagues in Sales & Development team to achieve collective success

Requirements:

Strong background in sales with proven ability to bring in new business
Experience in insurance or transport industry
Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
Proactive approach with ability to present and pitch at various levels
Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
