As a Sales Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our global Sales team by identifying and nurturing potential New Logo targets.
Job Responsibility:
Leading the identification and qualification of targets for cold calling, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, leading on the strategic roadmap for the Sales and Marketing group and maintaining a market-competitive vision for Alter Domus
Overseeing the recording of cold calling activities and ensuring active opportunities are effectively passed to team members
Utilizing market data from sources such as Preqin and Monteray reports to inform lead generation strategies
Creating and maintaining a centralized hub of new opportunity logos for further consideration and strategic planning
Mapping trends of upcoming fund launches and analyzing their potential impact on lead generation efforts
Generating, updating, and providing comprehensive lead generation reports to the global Sales & RM team
Analyzing sales data to identify trends, key points, and actionable insights to enhance lead generation efforts
Centralizing general industry and regulatory information on new target logos to support informed decision-making
Updating and maintaining campaign lists and sales pipeline targets to ensure accuracy and relevance
Creating, maintaining, and continuously improving new sale target materials to support the Sales team
Actively participating in deal reviews and providing strategic insights to enhance deal success
Managing and mentoring a team of lead generation professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
