Job Responsibility

  • Ensure a positive shopping experience in order to increase sales and secure long-term profitability
  • Define and drive the commercial action plan for your store
  • Contribute to the creation of the store’s business plan and ensure alignment between national strategy and your unit’s priorities
  • Lead and inspire the sales team to enhance the store’s attractiveness, encouraging customers to visit more often and buy more
  • Ensure that sales areas are always in perfect condition, fully stocked, and that the range is presented in an inspiring and smart way
  • Encourage your team to respond quickly to commercial opportunities, supply and performance analyses, and customer feedback
  • Collaborate with your team and other store functions on planning and implementing commercial activities to increase sales
  • Monitor local competition and make commercial decisions accordingly
  • Recruit, develop, and lead your team

Requirements

  • You are passionate about sales and customer interaction
  • You support your team in understanding customer buying behaviour, achieving targets, and developing their skills
  • You have already created and implemented action plans and budgets, with performance follow-up
  • You have solid professional experience in a service or retail environment (preferably in large-scale retail) and have management experience
  • You are comfortable communicating in English, both written and spoken
