We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales/Debt Administrator to join our client, a rapidly growing online retail company specialising in B2B sales. This is a newly released role within their organisation, and they are looking for a talented individual to join their team. As an administrator within the finance department, you will be responsible for contacting customers regarding outstanding payments, both by telephone and emails. Your main focus will be building professional relationships with customers and ensuring timely payment collection. This role will require strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a keen eye for numbers. At our client's organisation, they value flexibility and work-life balance. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely, eliminating the daily commute and allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. There will be a training period of three weeks based in Glasgow city centre to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in this role.

Job Responsibility:

  • contacting customers to discuss outstanding payments and build professional relationships
