As a Sales & Customer Support Analytics Trainee you will support sales and after-sales operations through data analysis, performance tracking, and process execution. This role is key in ensuring accurate reporting, monitoring KPIs, and supporting strategic decision-making across sales, inventory, and distribution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and distributors, contributing to dashboards, forecasting, promotions, and operational processes, while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, data-driven environment.
Job Responsibility:
Monitor sales and after-sales performance through KPIs, dashboards, and budget tracking
Manage and update retail, stock, and financial data across systems (Excel, SAP, Power BI)
Analyze sales and inventory trends to support forecasting and distribution planning
Execute promotions, dealer bonuses, and payment processes, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
Support distributors with payment inquiries, reporting, stock visibility, and operational topics
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field
Up to 2 years of professional experience
Strong analytical and data management skills
Advanced Excel skills
knowledge of Power BI, SAP, and Python is a plus
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks
