Job Description

As a Sales & Customer Support Analytics Trainee you will support sales and after-sales operations through data analysis, performance tracking, and process execution. This role is key in ensuring accurate reporting, monitoring KPIs, and supporting strategic decision-making across sales, inventory, and distribution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and distributors, contributing to dashboards, forecasting, promotions, and operational processes, while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, data-driven environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Monitor sales and after-sales performance through KPIs, dashboards, and budget tracking
  • Manage and update retail, stock, and financial data across systems (Excel, SAP, Power BI)
  • Analyze sales and inventory trends to support forecasting and distribution planning
  • Execute promotions, dealer bonuses, and payment processes, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
  • Support distributors with payment inquiries, reporting, stock visibility, and operational topics

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field
  • Up to 2 years of professional experience
  • Strong analytical and data management skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • knowledge of Power BI, SAP, and Python is a plus
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Advanced english level
