Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales/Customer Service Specialist to join our clients team in Cleveland, Ohio. In this role, you will support sales operations, assist with customer interactions, and contribute to the overall success of sales efforts. This position offers an excellent opportunity to engage with clients, manage administrative tasks, and help drive business growth.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team by handling quotes, managing orders, and ensuring timely entry of sales data.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Participate in trade shows and association meetings to represent the company and support promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient order processing.
  • Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports to assist in decision-making.
  • Coordinate schedules and travel arrangements for sales events.
  • Maintain organized records of sales transactions and client correspondence.
  • Assist with inside sales activities, including follow-ups and lead generation.
  • Support direct sales efforts by identifying opportunities and engaging with potential customers.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to provide insights and recommendations for sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Must have call center experience!
  • Proven experience in sales administration and customer service roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with sales management tools.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows and business events.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
