The Business Development (BD) Area of EDP Labelec faces challenges related to digital transformation, automation, and the optimization of procedures that support BD activities.
Job Responsibility:
Drive commercial activities and support business development initiatives
Prepare quotation proposals and commercial offers
Produce performance reports and support management reporting
Conduct database analysis and ensure accurate information processing
Act as a point of contact with clients and business partners
Manage client portfolios and supplier relationships
Monitor and follow up on outstanding debt and customer credit
Draft and manage commercial contracts
Prepare documentation for Public Tenders
Manage and update digital content
Organize corporate and promotional events
Support brand activation initiatives for Labelec
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business and management, engineering or marketing
3-5 years of relevant experience in sales projects, with knowledge of the energy business and/or background in management and/or marketing
Interest in contributing to digital transformation, automation, and process optimization within the Business Development area
Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with internal Labelec teams and external clients
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Proactive, collaborative, and solution‑oriented mindset
Advanced or proficiency level of written and spoken English and Spanish
Well-rounded MS Office computer skills (proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point)
