We're working with a well-established and growing business in Dunfermline who are looking for a Sales & Customer Service Coordinator to become a key part of their team. Job Responsibility

  • Acting as a key point of contact for customers, delivering a friendly and professional service
  • Coordinating engineer diaries and scheduling appointments efficiently
  • Preparing and sending customer quotes, and proactively following them up
  • Raising invoices accurately and managing related admin
  • Handling customer queries and resolving complaints with confidence and care
