Job Responsibility
Acting as a key point of contact for customers, delivering a friendly and professional service
Coordinating engineer diaries and scheduling appointments efficiently
Preparing and sending customer quotes, and proactively following them up
Raising invoices accurately and managing related admin
Handling customer queries and resolving complaints with confidence and care
Supporting the sales team with day-to-day coordination and admin
Spot inefficiencies and suggest improvements
Streamline processes and make day-to-day tasks more effective
Bring new ideas to help the team work smarter, not harder
Requirements
Have experience in customer service, sales support or a coordination role
Are highly organised and thrive when juggling multiple tasks
Communicate confidently with customers and colleagues alike
Have a proactive mindset and enjoy improving how things are done
Stay calm under pressure and can handle issues with a positive, solution-focused approach
Are comfortable with systems/CRM tools and picking up new processes quickly
