Ian Williams has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to join our passionate in-house Business Development team, based in Newbury focussing on the South East region. This role is hybrid working 3 days in the Newbury office, 2 days working from home.
Job Responsibility:
Research, generate and maintain a flow of opportunities
Communicate daily over the phone, making calls to key decision makers (existing, lapsed, and new clients) across the UK to successfully secure appointments for our local operational units to attend
Develop and consistently build relationships internally with Business Managers and the wider Business Development team, as well as externally with prospective and existing clients
Take ownership and accountability for maintaining an accurate and up to date CRM system
Requirements:
Experience of working within a sales and/or a customer service targeted environment
Ability to build relationships up with ease and work on own initiative
Effective communicator with an engaging telephone manner
Genuinely passionate about delivering a high level of customer service internally and externally
Keen interest in construction, maintenance and/or refurbishments
Focused, engaging, flexible, driven person and a team player
Resilience with the strength of character and determination to succeed
