You will play a vital role in promoting and selling our language courses abroad. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with potential clients, guiding them through the sales process, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Your primary objective will be to meet sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Job Responsibility:
Actively identify and pursue sales opportunities by contacting potential clients interested in language courses abroad
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
Utilize your sales expertise to engage with prospective clients, offering personalized advice
Acquire in-depth knowledge of our language courses, destinations, and associated services
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues
Collaborate with colleagues from various countries and cultural backgrounds
Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
Participate in events that build brand awareness and increase customers’ interest
Requirements:
Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism or related fields
Prior experience in a sales role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the education/travel industry or selling intangible products/services will be an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
Additional language proficiency is a plus
Having lived, worked, or studied abroad is preferred
Proficient in using sales and CRM tools
