Job Description:

An integral role providing support to the proactive Sales division and wider hotel by assisting in coordination of day-to-day activities, preparing proposals and contracts, assisting with events, site inspections, and ensuring optimal brand representation and loyalty programs.

Job Responsibility:

Represent the brand in all sales activities in line with W Hotels and Marriott International’s corporate strategies
execute all promotions targeting the hotel’s various market segments
coordinate client events, site inspections, familiarisation trips, presentations, and VIP guest stays

Requirements:

Prepare proposals, contracts, and addendums as required
provide comprehensive assistance during corporate RFP season
assist sales team members with insider tours, presentations, and familiarisation visits
use sales techniques to maximise revenue and monitor loyalty to Marriott International
be fully versed across Marriott Bonvoy program
assist groups manager with rooming list entry and consolidation of client requirements
conduct and stay updated on external and industry market news
