Job Responsibility:

Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing (e.g., filing, sending emails, typing, faxing, copying)
Prepare sales-related documents
Promote awareness of brand image
Gather materials and assemble information packages
Use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty
Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in software
Answer guest questions about property facilities/services
Serve as point of contact for clients
Communicate with clients by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience.
