As a Sales Coordinator, you play a key role in supporting the Sales team and ensuring the seamless execution of sales activities and client relationships. You assist in driving revenue through proactive coordination, client engagement, and administrative excellence. With professionalism and attention to detail, you contribute to delivering exceptional service standards and memorable guest experiences aligned with Four Seasons values.
Job Responsibility:
Assist with all office sales efforts, including responding to inquiries and client requests in a timely manner via phone, email, and in person
Support active solicitation and booking of group business from various lead sources
Maintain an active follow-up system for all sales calls and client interactions
Assist clients in the absence of Sales Managers, ensuring continuity of service
Coordinate customer events, sales appointments, and site visits, and represent Sales Managers when required
Prepare engaging and creative presentations for prospective clients
Conduct property tours for meeting planners and potential clients, showcasing hotel services and offerings
Collaborate closely with Conference Services and Catering teams to ensure successful execution of programs and events
Maintain accurate records and utilize CRM systems effectively to meet Four Seasons standards
Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and daily communication with clients and agencies
Work cross-functionally with hotel departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Coordinate rooming lists, special arrangements, F&B requirements, transportation, and billing instructions for groups
Update preferred partner platforms and extranets, and provide relevant collateral to travel trade partners
Participate in sales and marketing meetings as required
Support Accounting and Purchasing departments with administrative processes and purchase orders
Requirements:
Exceptional Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, confident in both virtual and in-person settings
CRM and Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with systems such as Salesforce, Opera, or similar tools is preferred
Understanding of Hotel Operations: Ability to anticipate client needs through knowledge of hotel workflows
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and anticipatory service
Flexibility: Willingness to adapt working hours based on business and event needs
Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

Previous experience in Sales, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
Degree: Professional / Technician
