As a Sales Coordinator (RFR & Lead Routing), you’ll manage and route incoming Requests for Response to the right sales teams, ensuring fast and accurate follow‑up. You’ll work closely with sales and operations to keep processes running smoothly and support business growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast‑paced environment, takes a proactive approach to problem-solving, and likes connecting the dots across teams and processes.
Job Responsibility:
Filter, assess, and manage inbound Requests for Response (RFRs), with a focus on companies below €5m and non-target product enquiries
Triage and route enquiries to the appropriate ADR or AE based on defined criteria and regional coverage
Act as a human point of contact via email and phone to clarify, qualify, and redirect inbound enquiries as needed
Monitor and support adherence to response-time SLAs for inbound sales requests
Provide administrative and coordination support to sales leads, including basic reporting
Requirements:
Basic understanding of sales processes and lead management concepts or willingness to learn
Familiarity with email and phone-based business communication
Awareness of service-level agreements (SLAs) and the importance of response times
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Clear and professional communication skills via email and phone
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple inbound requests
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid working environment
