We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator (Internally known as Sales and Trading Executive) to join our team and help deliver a reliable, responsive experience for our customers. You’ll manage orders, returns, and quotes with care and accuracy, while building strong relationships that support long-term growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working collaboratively, and making things run smoothly.
Job Responsibility:
Managing the full customer journey, from initial contact to post-sale support
Checking product availability and securing competitive pricing
Creating accurate quotes that meet company guidelines
Following up on leads, exchanges, and loans to convert opportunities into sales
Keeping customers and internal teams informed throughout the process
Building supplier relationships to ensure availability and fair terms
Using sales systems to manage orders and updates in real time
Supporting payment processing and resolving billing queries
Acting as the main point of contact for your accounts
Working towards team and individual sales targets
