Job Description:

The Sales Coordinator supports the Sales & Marketing team by performing general office duties, preparing sales-related documents, promoting brand awareness, and communication with clients. The role involves maintaining positive working relationships and adhering to company policies while assisting in the sales process.

Job Responsibility:

Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing
prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process
promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
gather materials and assemble information packages
use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Marriott
enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in software involved in the sales process
answer guest questions about property facilities or services
serve as the point of contact for clients
communicate with clients by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
no supervisory experience.
