We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team in Mumbai. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between field sales, distributors, and internal operations. You will be responsible for managing sales data, ensuring the accuracy of our SFA systems, and streamlining the claims process.
Job Responsibility:
Provide timely sales data and reports to the field team
act as the central point of contact between Sales, Regional Distributors (RDs), and internal departments
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports (Primary vs. Secondary, Target vs. Achievement, Scheme performance) using advanced Excel
Maintain the Sales Force Automation (SFA) system, tracking beat plans, productivity, and resolving data discrepancies for the field team
Validate and process sales-related claims (schemes, incentives, and travel)
track status and ensure timely payouts
Liaise with RDs for stock reports, secondary sales data, and reconciliation of records
Develop PowerPoint dashboards and presentations for monthly business reviews and sales meetings
Requirements:
Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
3+ years of experience in Sales Coordination, MIS, or Sales Support
Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Dashboards)
Hands-on experience with SFA (Sales Force Automation) software is essential
Ability to translate raw data into actionable insights
Excellent follow-up skills with both field teams and external distributors
Effective interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines
Nice to have:
Experience in FMCG or Professional Brands is highly preferred
