Job Description:

Sales Coordinator position at The St. Regis Singapore, performing general office duties to support Sales & Marketing, preparing sales documents, promoting brand awareness, and serving as point of contact for clients while maintaining company standards and guest service excellence.

Job Responsibility:

Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing
Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process
Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
Gather materials and assemble information packages
Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty
Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in sales software
Answer guest questions about property facilities/services
Serve as point of contact for clients and communicate by phone and email
Follow all company policies and procedures
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Comply with quality assurance expectations
Move, lift, carry objects weighing up to 10 pounds

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
