Job Description:

Prepare and support the sales process through administrative duties, maximizing revenue while maintaining guest loyalty, promoting brand awareness, interacting with clients and guests, and performing other tasks as needed to support team goals.

Job Responsibility:

Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing
prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process
promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
gather materials and assemble information packages
use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty
enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in software involved in the sales process
answer guest questions about property facilities/services
serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate by phone and email
follow all company policies and procedures
maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance

Requirements:

High school diploma
at least 1 year of related work experience
