Job Description:

National manufacturing company specializing in metal is currently looking for a sales coordinator to join their team. The person will provide administrative support to assist the inside sales team in their daily tasks. Be part of a great company located in Ville Saint- Laurent! Will give you the possibility of evolving!

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure that telephone calls are well directed
  • Entering orders received from the sales team
  • Opening and setting up new accounts
  • Preparing quotes
  • Entering invoices, P/O
  • Preparing and reviewing pricing lists , returns, credit, invoices
  • Update the department of inventory issues
  • Working with different departments including warehouse

Requirements:

  • Bilingualism both orally and in writing
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Priority management and versatility
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Experience from the metal or plastic industry
