This Sales Coordinator role sits within a growing UK technology consultancy. Their clients span automotive, architecture and engineering (AEC), robotics, research, media, and immersive technology. The work is technically complex and commercially varied, so the coordination side is never repetitive. There are defined progression routes from Sales Coordinator into account management, commercial operations, or business development. The team is small enough that your work is visible, and large enough that you have proper support around you. Performance is measured on response speed, quote turnaround, CRM accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and scheduling efficiency. No mystery metrics.
Job Responsibility:
Processing and triaging inbound enquiries from web, email, phone, and campaign activity
Qualifying prospects on requirements, timelines, budgets, and decision-making structure
Preparing and issuing quotations for consultancy services, studio hire, and technology solutions
Scheduling and coordinating on-site and off-site meetings and demonstrations with delivery teams
Maintaining CRM accuracy, tracking lead sources, conversion data, and pipeline activity
Supporting sales forecasting, basic contract administration, and project handover documentation
Requirements:
Experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or commercial support within a B2B environment
Strong written and verbal communication across both commercial and technical contacts
Comfortable with CRM systems, quoting tools, and standard office software
Organised enough to manage multiple live enquiries without dropping threads
Reliable follow-up habits and attention to detail on documentation and pipeline progression
Nice to have:
Experience in technology services, consultancy, or solutions-based businesses
Exposure to media, engineering, 3D technology, immersive technology, or studio/production environments
Familiarity with sales pipelines, lead qualification frameworks, or commercial operations processes
