Job Description:

The Sales Coordinator role involves performing office duties to support sales and marketing, preparing documents throughout the sales process, promoting awareness of the brand, and providing customer service. Candidates are expected to have at least 1 year of related work experience and a high school diploma (or equivalent). The position is onsite at the Four Points by Sheraton Beijing Haidian Hotel and Apartments.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing
  • prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process
  • promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
  • gather materials and assemble information packages
  • use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Marriott
  • enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in software involved in the sales process
  • answer guest questions about property facilities/services
  • serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email
  • follow all company policies and procedures
  • welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
  • maintain positive working relationships with others
  • anticipate and address guests’ service needs.
