Reporting into the Director of Sales, you will support the daily operations of the Sales department, ensuring seamless coordination, accurate administration, and effective communication across internal teams and external partners. You will play a key role in supporting the execution of sales strategies, managing client-related activities, and contributing to revenue generation through organization, precision, and proactive support. Your presence will help ensure that every client interaction is handled with professionalism, consistency, and attention to detail, reflecting the hotel’s brand and commercial standards.
Job Responsibility:
Support the Sales team in the preparation, coordination, and follow-up of proposals, contracts, and confirmations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with brand standards
Coordinate site inspections, client visits, and sales-related meetings, acting as a point of contact between clients, Sales, and internal departments to ensure a smooth and well-orchestrated experience
Manage sales administration tasks
Assist in responding to sales inquiries, handling correspondence with clients and partners, and supporting the Sales team in nurturing strong, long-term relationships
Collaborate closely with Operations, Revenue, Marketing, and Finance to ensure a seamless transition from sales to execution and the successful delivery of client expectations
Requirements:
Previous experience in a sales coordination or administrative role, preferably within a luxury hospitality or service-driven environment
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A proactive, collaborative mindset with a strong sense of professionalism, discretion, and commitment to supporting team success and commercial excellence
Fluency in Italian and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal stakeholders
Must possess the legal right to work in Italy
The candidate must have a flexible schedule and work also on weekends and holidays
