Job Responsibility:
Supporting the sales team with administration tasks, including preparing reports and presentations and scheduling meetings
Acting as a liaison between the sales team and their customers
Managing customer reports and pricing communications
Handling smaller accounts and contributing to sales forecasting
Updating the CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales records
Conducting market research and trend analysis when required
Overseeing the sample process and assisting with customer meetings and tradeshows
Assisting the sales manager
Requirements:
Previous sales administration experience
Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills
Fantastic communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels both face to face and over the phone
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask
A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
The ability to work effectively within a busy team environment
