Job Responsibility:
Support Sales & Marketing by performing general office duties
prepare sales-related documents such as proposals, contracts, and event orders
promote brand awareness internally and externally
gather materials and assemble information packages
enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify sales-related information in the system
answer guest questions about property facilities, services, and special events
serve as point of contact for clients via phone and email
follow company policies and procedures
comply with quality assurance standards.
Requirements:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
ability to perform general office duties
ability to prepare sales-related documents
ability to answer guest questions about property facilities and services
ability to use sales techniques to maximize revenue
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds.
