As a Sales Co-ordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our operations—ensuring smooth sales processes, supporting our valued customers, and helping us achieve our branch goals. You’ll work closely with our Business Development Managers and play a key role in maintaining our high standards of service and safety.
Job Responsibility:
Process sales quotations, sales orders, and purchase orders efficiently and accurately
Manage and build relationships with assigned customer accounts
Proactively follow up on quotations to secure business
Expedite customer and supplier orders, handling returns and non-conformances
Maintain and update CRM records to ensure clean and current data
Support Business Development Managers with sales coordination tasks
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain high standards of customer service aligned with our core values
Requirements:
Experience in an electrical wholesale or distribution environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
A proactive, professional, and solution-focused attitude
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Minimum GCSEs or Standard Grades
CompEx Foundation (or willingness to complete)
Training in Customer Service, Anti-Bribery, and Anti-Slavery & Human Trafficking provided
