Job Responsibility:
Manage and maintain existing accounts while achieving monthly sales objectives and monitoring profit margins
Conduct regular phone calls and follow-ups with customers to provide product feedback, industry news, and order updates
Assist customers in building their business by suggesting new revenue sources and identifying solutions tailored to their specific needs
Proactively research, identify, and cold-call prospective new clients to create and open new business accounts
Communicate effectively with internal departments, including Purchasing and Customer Service, to manage inventory, ETAs, and customer inquiries
Work collaboratively with Business Development Executives (BDEs) to strategies on account growth and maximise visibility through planned visits
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in a Science or Business-related field
1-2 years of proven experience in Sales or Customer Service
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Word, Outlook, Teams, and Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach
Strong organisational and time management skills, along with a keen ability to apply analytical thinking to problem-solving
