Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-focused Sales Coordinator to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this Contract to permanent role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our Sales department by managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring seamless communication within the team. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment within the machinery manufacturing industry.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales department, ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Compile, analyze, and present sales data to assist in decision-making processes
  • Manage and organize internal documents, files, and records to maintain accessibility and accuracy
  • Coordinate schedules and appointments to help the team meet deadlines efficiently
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries
  • Facilitate email correspondence, ensuring prompt and clear communication
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, to create reports and presentations
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars for the sales team
  • Perform general office tasks such as data entry and document preparation
  • Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and contribute to departmental success.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills for managing data and reports
  • Experience in customer service, including handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and efficiently
  • Familiarity with scheduling appointments and coordinating team calendars
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or sales support role is preferred.
