Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has become available with a growing international brand based in Shepherd's Bush. This temporary role is perfect for someone organised, proactive, and ready to dive into a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Job Responsibility:

Managing orders and back orders with accuracy and attention to detail
Coordinating inventory availability across multiple locations
Providing regular updates to international customers on order status
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure on-time shipments
Supporting new collection launches with key information
Handling sample requests, returns, and customer account setup
Preparing for seasonal shows, client meetings, and sales reviews
Answering internal and external sales-related queries
Maintaining customer records and supporting process improvements

Requirements:

Excellent communication and coordination skills
Confident working with systems and juggling multiple priorities
Reliable, adaptable, and quick to learn
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Available to start immediately and commit to a minimum of 12 weeks
