Job Description:

The Sales Coordinator at AC Hotel Queretaro Antea will perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing, prepare sales-related documents, promote brand awareness, and serve as the point of contact for clients. The role requires maintaining professionalism, following company policies, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing
Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process
Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
Gather materials and assemble information packages
Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty
Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in software involved in the sales process
Answer guest questions about property facilities/services
Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email
Follow all company policies and procedures
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Speak with others using clear and professional language
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
