Sales coordinator

• Provide executive and sales team support, including scheduling, expenses, and onboarding
• Coordinate events, trainings, webinars, and manage sponsorship logistics
• Serve as liaison with clients and partners
• handle communications and inquiries
• Prepare reports, presentations, and bilingual documents
• manage training records
• Perform general administrative duties as needed

• 2 years minimum of experience in a similar role
• College diploma or certificate in Administration or equivalent
• Attention to detail
• Organizational skills
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and intermediate level in Excel
• Ability to work independently
• Discreet and confidential
• Great customer service and communication (verbal and written)

Bilingual in French and English

• 4 month temporary contract
• 100% in office
• Possibility of extension
• Schedule of 37.5 hrs/week from Monday to Friday
