This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of mineral and metal resource trade. You will bridge the gap between back-office precision and front-line logistics, ensuring that domestic and international shipments move efficiently while maintaining rigorous financial accuracy.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate complex export and domestic business operations to ensure timely delivery
Manage comprehensive back-office support functions to streamline daily workflows
Prepare and audit critical shipping documentation to meet international regulatory standards
Organize and optimize logistics schedules for various shipment modes
Monitor and manage Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) to maintain healthy cash flow
Verify trade policies and practices, communicating clearly with external stakeholders
Review business requests and assess operational feasibility independently
Facilitate communication between internal departments to resolve logistical bottlenecks
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field with strong academic standing
At least 3 years of experience within a trading company environment
Proven background in export, import, or offshore trading documentation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically advanced Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail in financial and shipping data
