The Sales Coordinator develops and manages national and international commercial activities. They are responsible for coordinating and facilitating domestic and overseas sales, ensuring that transactions are carried out efficiently, in compliance with international regulations, and in line with L-Acoustics’ business strategy.
Job Responsibility:
Coordination of Domestic, EU, and Export Sales Processes
Receipt and processing of quotes and orders
Management of shipments
Management of the portfolio of ongoing orders and quarterly planning of production and shipment dates
Annual preparation of contracts and appendices
Creation and management of customer accounts
Verification of the correct application of the commercial policy
Providing information and assistance to customers
Participation in international trade shows
Regular substitution during absences within the department
Participation in internal company meetings
Participation in testing internal tools
Sales reporting, KPI monitoring
Ensuring customer satisfaction
Processing customer requests
Processing warranty claims
Invoicing and payment follow-up
Requirements:
Daily use of various Sales Admin tools (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power BI, SharePoint)
Daily use of English and other language(s) relevant to the target market
